Acceptance of terms

By using the Offersvertex website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust arrangements to match seasonal availability while maintaining overall style and value.

Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for Sydney metro orders placed before 2 pm, Monday to Saturday. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather or unexpected circumstances. National delivery partners handle interstate orders and timeframes are quoted at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be refunded. Custom and wedding florals require at least 7 days notice for cancellation. Refunds are not available once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

Liability

Offersvertex is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, unavailable recipients, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
